Benjamin L. Berger
Biography

Benjamin L. Berger is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He served as law clerk to the Rt. Honourable Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of Canada, and was a Fulbright Scholar at Yale University. His teaching and research centres on constitutional and criminal law and theory, law and religion, and the law of evidence, fields in which he has published extensively in Canadian and international journals and edited collections. Prof. Berger is on the editorial board of the Canadian Journal of Law and Society and is associate editor of Hart Publishing’s series Constitutional Systems of the World.
