Ashlyn O'Mara

Ashlyn O’Mara is a sole practitioner who works in family law, estate planning and administration, estate litigation, and real estate law. Outside of her practice, Ashlyn is a Professor in the School of Legal and Public Administration at Seneca College where she teaches a variety of subjects in the paralegal and law clerk programs including Advocacy, Legal Drafting and Communication, Computer Applications for Paralegals, Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and Real Estate. She also coaches Seneca’s Paralegal Moot Team and prepares paralegal students for the Paralegal Cup Mooting Competition and the Osgoode Cup National Undergraduate Mooting Competition each year. Ashlyn is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association where she serves on the Executive of both the Young Lawyers Division (Central) and the Sole, Small Firm and General Practice Division.
