David R. Carter
Biography

David Carter is a partner in Grechi Carter Professional Corporation, a boutique transactional real estate firm focusing on residential and commercial real estate and mortgage law. He is also an adjunct professor at Osgood Hall Law School.

David has written various papers for the Law Society of Upper Canada. "Time of the essence clauses and cases of mutual default" and "Open Building Permits" have been presented at the Six Minute Real Estate Lawyer in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

David completed his JD law degree at Queen’s University, which included a certificate in International Public Law at Herstmonceux Castle, in East Sussex, England. Before attending Queen’s, David received a BA from McGill University with a double major in Economics and History.
