Ordering Directly

Please review our return policies and shipping guidelines before placing an order.

When ordering directly, please provide the ISBN, title, and quantity for the book(s) you wish to order. A purchase order number is required from institutional purchasers, including schools, universities, and colleges.

All orders (phone, fax, email, and online) must be prepaid unless an account has been opened and credit terms have been extended. We accept only Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments, and do not accept Debit or Visa Debit payments. For customers authorized to bill on account, our payment terms are net 30 days.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that we do not carry inventory at our Head Office and our Warehouse is not open to the public.

Ordering Online

Search or Browse to find the title(s) you are looking for. Add items to your Shopping Cart and click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner to begin checkout. You will be prompted to log into your Emond account. If you don’t have an Emond account, you will be required to create one before proceeding through checkout.

You must click the activation link in this email to complete your account creation. If you don’t see the activation email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Some email providers, including Yahoo, Windows Live, iCloud, and certain educational institutions, have firewalls that may block the email altogether. After activating your account and logging in, you will be able to complete the checkout process from where you left off.

Online payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard via our secure payment system. We do not accept Debit or Visa Debit payments. A browser with 128-bit security, cookies enabled, and JavaScript enabled is required. Please ensure pop-ups are enabled before proceeding through checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order online. For more details about shipping times and tracking information, visit the Shipping page.

Please note that all online orders are managed from our warehouse centre in Newmarket. We do not carry inventory at our corporate office in Toronto and our warehouse is not open to the public.

Shipping Update

Due to high volumes, shipments are leaving our warehouse within 2-3 business days. All deliveries are currently NSR. Shipments to P.O. boxes and unit numbers may take longer due to Canada Post delays. Shipping estimates can be found here.

International Shipping: Shipping outside of Canada and the USA has resumed, with some exceptions. International shipments may experience service disruptions from carriers.
