Emond Publishing Acquires Leading Canadian Law and Criminal Justice Titles



Emond Publishing is very proud to announce that we have acquired a selection of higher education titles that will further cement our commitment to law and justice resources for Canadian universities and colleges. 

Each of these titles, previously published by Nelson/Top Hat, is a longstanding market leader in their respective disciplines, authored by some of Canada’s leading academics in law, criminology, and criminal justice. In spring/summer 2024, Emond will publish a new 8th Edition of Neil Boyd’s Canadian Law: An Introduction, and Curt Griffiths’s Canadian Criminal Justice: A Primer, 7th Edition. Both will be available for Fall 2024 courses in print and ebook formats, and will include full teaching supplement packages and new online student self-study materials, free with purchase. 

As of April 2, 2024, Emond will also be distributing current editions of five other respected titles, all available as printed texts or ebooks:
