Andrew J. Rowley

Andrew J. Rowley is a communications consultant, researcher, and writer. In his most recent project, he serves as the National Communications Director for the independent member association that is fighting to represent all RCMP employees. He holds a B.A. Honours in English and History from Trent University, where he is currently completing a M.A. in History.
