Cecelia Reilly

Cecelia Reilly has taught Justice Studies at Loyalist College for 23 years as has been Police Foundations Coordinator for 8 years. Cecelia is currently Eastern Region Rep on OCAT Provincial Coordinator Committee. Prior to teaching, Cecelia was employed with Peterborough Lakefield Police Service as a Constable and was one of the first two women hired by the service. Cecelia holds a Law and Security Diploma, a diploma in Adult Education, and a B.A. Psych from Queen's University.
