Constance MacIntosh

Constance MacIntosh is the Director of Dalhousie’s Health Law Institute. She is an Associate Professor at the Schulich School of Law. She is the 2010-11 recipient of the Dalhousie Law Students’ Society, Alumni Excellence in Teaching Award, and the Law Commission of Canada (Legal Dimensions Initiative) Award 2006. Professor MacIntosh’s primary areas of expertise are the intersection of Canadian health law and policies with the public health of Aboriginal peoples, and with the health of migrant populations.
