Darren Blackburn

Darren Blackburn is a Program Manager of Emergency Management & Exercise Design at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and has been with the JIBC for over 12 years. Darren has a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Athabasca University, and certificates in Emergency Management from JIBC and Swinburne University of Technology. Darren has his BA from Trent University. Darren is the co-editor of Introduction to Emergency Management in Canada and the author of Chapter 1.
