Darren Smith

Darren was called to the Bar in 2004 and worked in private practice for 15 years focusing on civil and commercial litigation before joining Emond Publishing. Darren acted as an Articling Principal and mentor to junior lawyers. Darren served as a Director on the board of several not-for-profit corporations where he was responsible for overseeing corporate governance. For the past 5 years, Darren has been developing and running Emond Exam Prep, providing help to candidates in all substantive areas of the Licensing Examinations as well as advice and support on preparation strategies and writing techniques and skills.
