David Mullan

David Mullan is a researcher and consultant specializing in Administrative Law. He was previously a professor of law at Queen's University, and from 2004 to 2008 the first Integrity Commissioner for the City of Toronto. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education conferences for judges, lawyers and members of administrative tribunals, as well as on the Canadian roster for NAFTA Chapter 19 disputes.
