Donald H. Rogers
Donald H. Rogers (B.A., LL.B.) is a founding partner of the firm Rogers Partners LLP, and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1982. An experienced trial counsel, he has argued cases at all levels of trial and appellate courts and before numerous administrative tribunals. His practice areas cover a broad spectrum of litigation, encompassing serious personal injury and wrongful death, malpractice, products liability, transportation, class actions, and insurance and commercial disputes. He has provided counsel to insurers, school boards, government agencies, utilities, and regulatory tribunals. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
A Fellow of the College of American Trial Lawyers, Rogers has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada in Energy Regulatory Law, Insurance Law, and Personal Injury Litigation.
