Jeffrey B. Berryman

Jeffrey Berryman has taught the law of remedies, contract law, trusts, and restitution at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law for over 30 years. He is best known for his book The Law of Equitable Remedies (Toronto: University of Toronto Press, 2023), part of the Essentials of Canadian Law series and now in its third edition. He has published widely, particularly on injunctions and remedies. His recent work is on an empirical study of punitive damages in common law Canada to be published in the Canadian Bar Review.
