Kelly McLaughlin

Kelly McLaughlin has lived in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories since 2008. Kelly is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick and holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (Management) from Dalhousie University. Kelly spent much of her career in legislative drafting with the Department of Justice of the Government of the Northwest Territories and is now the Legislative Coordinator for the Department of Executive and Indigenous Affairs, supporting the Government House Leader in managing the legislative agenda for the Government. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their cats and dogs.
