Kim Gale

Kim Gale is an entrepreneur and the Principal lawyer at Gale Law, an estate litigation firm located in Toronto's financial district. Recognized for her fierce advocacy and client-centered approach, Kim was nominated for Litigator of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Law Awards and was recently named in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers for her expertise in trusts and estates. In addition to Gale Law, Kim also founded NCA Network, a diversity and inclusion group that supports internationally trained lawyers. Kim's educational credentials include a BA from Western University, LLB from City, University of London, and a LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School. As a dedicated mentor and educator, Kim also teaches the Emond Bar Prep Course in Estates.
