Margaret Kerr

Margaret H. Kerr, B.A., LL.B., M.A., Ph.D. is a commercial lawyer with extensive teaching experience at Ontario community colleges and the former Bar Admission course. She is the co-author with JoAnn Kurtz of Canadian Tort La in a Nutshell (with Laurence Olivo), Legal Research: Step by Step (with Arlene Blatt), The Canadian Small Business Kit for Dummies, Wills and Estates for Canadians for Dummies, Make It Legal: What Every Canadian Entrepreneur Needs to Know About the Law, and Buying, Owning, and Selling a Home in Canada, among other books. Her doctorate is in Medieval Studies (legal history).
