Noura Karazivan

Noura Karazivan is Full Professor at the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law. She is the recipient of the André-Morel Excellence in Teaching Award 2018-2019. She graduated from McGill University (BCL, LLB), Leiden University (LLM) and the Université de Montréal where she obtained her doctorate in law. A member of the Quebec Bar, prof. Karazivan also practiced as a litigation lawyer at a Canadian law firm. Prof. Karazivan was the Co-Editor in Chief of the Review of Constitutional Studies and Canada Correspondent of the British journal Public Law. Her research focuses on Canadian federalism, constitutional structure and the application of Charter rights.
