Peter Carver
Peter Carver is a Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta. He teaches and researches in the areas of Canadian constitutional, administrative and immigration law, disability studies, and mental health law. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Review of Constitutional Studies. Professor Carver previously served as a member of the federal Immigration and Refugee Board and practised law in British Columbia.
