Terence Harris

Terence (Terry) Harris is President of Vantage Alliance Inc. a management consulting firm that focuses on strategic human resource leadership. His senior management experience in industry spans a wide range of large and medium-sized public companies, postsecondary educational and health care organizations, as well as the community not-for-profit sector.

Terry has expertise advising board members, executives, and managers in strategic planning, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, employee relations and executive compensation. He has spearheaded change initiatives throughout complex organizations, both union and non-union.

Terry taught Employment Relations and Employment Law at a Canadian university for close to ten years. He has a graduate degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (Cornell) and is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
