This module-based NCA™ exam preparation course offers a focused study of Canadian administrative law, covering the legal principles of administrative decision-making, judicial review, and the role of administrative tribunals in Canada. 

The ITL Canadian Administrative Law Course is structured into two components. The first component is an online course comprising of five modules that build sequentially to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and fundamentals essential for success on the Canadian administrative Law exam. Each module features clear learning objectives, self-assessments, and engaging activities to help you track your progress effectively. 

The second component includes a review led by a subject matter expert. This session provides an invaluable opportunity to consolidate your knowledge through a review of substantive material. This component is held as a live webinar annually and includes an interactive Q&A portion. The live webinar is recorded and made available for review year-round as a video.

The course is located on our Moodle LMS and includes interactive modules. Each module contains sections to read, answer questions, and perform self-assessments. Some modules also contain videos and other interactive elements.
 
Depending on the time of year, the course will also include either a live webinar or a recorded video from the live session.

Mannu Chowdhury is an adjunct professor at Lincoln Alexander School of Law (TMU) as well as an associate at Paliare Roland in Toronto. He is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ 2025 for work in Administrative and Public Law.

Mannu has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada on administrative law matters and is a seasoned instructor teaching Public Law with Emond Exam Prep.
