Brine Hamilton

Brine Hamilton is a security operations and security management software professional, educator, and podcaster. He has many years of security experience in numerous areas of the industry and found his sweet spot in healthcare security. His career has allowed him to work with some of the industry’s leading companies as well as leading healthcare organizations in Ontario. Since 2015, Brine has taught both protection, security, and investigation and police foundations courses as faculty at Fleming College, Humber College, and Seneca College. In 2020, he transitioned to serving the security industry as a system engineer with Omnigo Software, providing security management and incident-reporting software solutions. Brine is also a member of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Board of Directors, serving as the president for 2022. He is also involved in a number of podcasts, hosting the Healthcare Security Cast as well as co-hosting the Proactive Security Podcast and the Disrupt the Everyday Podcast
