Carrie Herzog

Carrie Herzog, BA (Hons), MA, MBA, PhD Dr. Carrie Herzog is a professor and Program Coordinator for the Global Hospitality Management program in the School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Conestoga College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Waterloo, Ontario. She has taught courses in hospitality, tourism, and business at the University of Guelph and Conestoga College. Previously, she worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years.
