Chuck Andary

Chuck Andary is Senior Legal Counsel at the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, a Canadian Crown Corporation overseeing the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project connecting Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. Chuck’s focus is predominantly on dispute resolution and risk mitigation. He holds Honours, Masters, and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor and teaches construction law as a sessional professor at the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law. In his spare time, he manages to be a very involved father of twin toddlers.
