Colleen M. Hanycz

Colleen Hanycz is the Principal of Brescia University College, affiliated with the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, she was appointed as an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, researching and teaching across various dimensions of dispute resolution. She is particularly interested in the dominant role that "efficiency" has come to play in shaping our civil justice policy in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. She holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, and LL.B. from Dalhousie University and an LL.M. and Ph.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
