Elizabeth Adjin-Tettey
Elizabeth Adjin-Tettey is a Professor of Law at the University of Victoria. She obtained her LL.B. from the University of Ghana, LL.M. from Queen’s University, LL.M from the University of Calgary and D.Jur. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She served as Associate Dean of Administration and Research from 2010 to 2016. Her areas of expertise include remedies, tort law, insurance law, feminist legal theory, and critical race theory. Her publications include Remedies: The Law of Damages, 3rd Edition (Toronto: Irwin Law, 2014 with Jamie Cassels) and updated Canadian Encyclopaedic Digest – Insurance (General, 2016).
