Gus Van Harten

Gus Van Harten is an associate professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he teaches Administrative Law and International Investment Law. He was previously a lecturer in the Law Department of the London School of Economics. His research focuses on investment treaty arbitration and on international and comparative aspects of public law, including procedural aspects of public inquiries. He was a legal advisor to the commissioner of the Arar Inquiry and executive assistant to the commissioner of the Walkerton Inquiry.
