Lynda Collins
Lynda Collins is a full professor in the Centre for Environmental Law and Global Sustainability at the University of Ottawa Faculty Law. Professor Collins gradu- ated as the Gold Medalist from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000 and went on to practise law in Toronto and San Francisco before making the switch to academia. She is an internationally known expert in toxic torts and environmental human rights and has litigated cases at all levels of court. For more than a decade, Profes- sor Collins has developed an additional research interest in law student and lawyer wellbeing. She created Ontario’s first full-credit law school course in Happiness in the Law, and she leads workshops for law students, professors, and lawyers on topics related to success and wellbeing in the law. Professor Collins is a member of the bars of Ontario and California.
