Michael A. Eizenga

Michael A. Eizenga, BA (Huron), LLB, MA (Western), ThM (Dallas Seminary), is chair of the Class Actions Practice Group at Bennett Jones LLP. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he teaches class actions practice, and has taught at the Faculty of Law at Western University, as well as in Western's philosophy and political science departments. He has taught a variety of courses, including class actions jurisprudence, philosophy of law, history of philosophy, and law, politics and the judicial process. Mr. Eizenga has numerous publications on the subject of class actions and is co-author of the loose-leaf service Class Actions Law and Practice.
