Tara Seosankar

Tara’s practice focused on labour and employment law where she gained experience and special knowledge of human rights, wrongful dismissal (both employee and employer sides), and many other key areas. Tara is experienced in administrative law, in relation to hearings before various boards and tribunals, and civil litigation. Tara also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Durham Region Legal Clinic. She currently works as a legal researcher and writer assisting lawyers, mediators, and arbitrators by providing legal research and analysis and helping write decisions on a variety of legal issues. Tara is also well-versed in matters involving ethics and professional conduct.
