Vaughan Black

Vaughan Black teaches at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax. In addition to remedies his teaching subjects are torts, conflicts of law and animals and the law. His most recent publications pertinent to the remedies area are Foreign Currency Claims in the Conflict of Laws (Oxford: Hart Publishing, 2010) and "Cultural Thin Skulls" (2010) 60 University of New Brunswick Law Journal 189. In 2012 he is Fulbright Visiting Research Chair at Arizona State University.
