W.A. Derry Millar, B.A., LL.B., practises exclusively in civil litigation and administrative law with WeirFoulds LLP and is past treasurer of the Law Society of Upper Canada. A Bencher and a frequent speaker and lecturer, Mr. Millar has served as a member of the Civil Rules Committee and its predecessors since 1976.
