This module-based NCA™ exam preparation course offers a focused study of foundations of Canadian law, covering Canada's legal system and exploring its role within Canadian society.  

The ITL Foundations of Canadian Law Course is structured into two components. The first component is an online course comprising of six modules that build sequentially to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and fundamentals essential for success on the Foundations of Canadian Law exam. Each module features clear learning objectives, self-assessments, and engaging activities to help you track your progress effectively.  

The second component includes a review led by a subject matter expert. This session provides an invaluable opportunity to consolidate your knowledge through a review of substantive material. This component is held as a live webinar annually and includes an interactive Q&A portion. The live webinar is recorded and made available for viewing year-round as a video.

The course is located on our Moodle LMS and includes interactive modules. Each module contains sections to read, answer questions, and perform self-assessments. Some modules also contain videos and other interactive elements. 
 
Depending on the time of year, the course will also include either a live webinar or a recorded video from the live session.
