Ms. Gillis is Director, Corporate Services at the Toronto office of Miller Thomson, LLP. As a member of the firm’s management team, she is responsible for the administration of corporate search services, corporate law clerks, and other paralegals. She has served in various positions with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), including those of president, secretary, and program committee member.
